My freezer and fridge both stopped working today and rang John Shaw, got his wife who was so helpful and believe it or not John came to see me, I picked out some new appliances, he actually went and collected them, returned and installed which wasn’t easy as integrated! Lovely people and so professional and friendly. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family as first class.

John has just completed refurbishing our 3 bathrooms, the finished result totally exceeds our expectations. With Jenny's careful assistance in planning each room and John and his teams eye for detail, constantly checking at each stage that we were happy, we have ended up with lovely, well designed, well finished bathrooms. we could not have wished for more, thank you both.

This evening I had a major electrical issue in my house which was causing my fuse panel to trip constantly affecting a large part of the house including the kitchen and the heating system. I have been with Homeserve for a number of years and have rarely used their services but have continued to pay them for "ease of mind" should an emergency occur. All that I got from them this evening was that they could get someone to come and see me the following day. When I pressed them, their response was that none of their contractors were answering their phones. I contacted John Shaw, who had just returned home from working all day, and he came out immediately. He was helpful, knowledgeable and sorted the problem out for us. Fantastic service and I would recommend John to anyone. Homeserve will no longer receive my custom and my first port of call will be John from here on in.
